- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I regularly bring in large, labeled, boxes to be picked up by UPS. Despite most times there being a visible lack of customers, employees make absolutely no attempt to assist with the boxes or even hold the door for me. On one visit, the employee was on his phone and shifted his eyes to a location where he wanted me to place my box. Evidently it was too much trouble to stop the conversation and speak to me directly. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst customer service ever experienced. Went to drop off my amazon return and workers did not greet me but gave nasty looks upon arriving as if I was interrupting them. Needless to say, there was not a single line. They were so unfriendly and unwelcoming that I refuse to patronize this location again. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★These guys are great, consistent, and I appreciate the positive experience every time I patronize. I often have pretty complex packaging/shipping projects and Jim and Andy (father and son) do a terrific job. Always fast, efficient, and incredibly cost effective (> 50% cheaper than PakMail across the street), I give the Maurer Family UPS Store 5 Stars all the way.
